Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in France, seen from the top of Mont Grand Motte - Tignes
On our latest trip on the last day of the year, we made it all the way up Grand Motte (3456m above sea level). From there you can see “all the way to Mariannelund…”, specifically Mont Blanc which (4809m high).
The ski down from Grand Motte was amazing, with dry although quite compact snow.
